.New favourite brown eyes.

One of my bestest most favouritest friends ever (yes that is correct english) bought me a couple of mac products the other day, isn't that lovely!  One is a shadow I have wanted for about a million years that almost everyone else owns....woodwinked!  She also got me one of the superslick liquid liners and I've never actually tried these but the colour is amazing (defiantly feline) and they literally don't budge!

Woodwinked is a lot more bronze than I expected but I still love it and the colour pay off is really good.

I highly recommend the superslick liner if you haven't tried it!

..Sleek avoir la peche..

LOVE these, so cheap and so pretty!  I got mine from Superdrug and they both cost around £5.  I will do a tutorial using them soon so you can see them on and how they apply!

P.S Why my hand looks so red and like I've got wearing off fake tan I have no idea!! I haven't worn fake tan in months, promise!

.Z Palettes.

I have wanted some z palettes for a while now, in fact I have wanted them for aaaages, ever since I saw Kandee Johnson with them!  We must be talking years in that case :/ but anyway when I got the email saying there were two days in February they were offering 20% off I thought I definitely couldn't hold off any longer and if anyone, like me, has ever worked for a makeup brand you will know how you get given loooaads of eyeshadows just in their pans and mine were just sitting in a draw so I went ahead and purchased the Z Palettes!

After the expensive shipping charge (they were coming from America) and the £20 customs charge plus the charge from the post office to get them re-delivered I might as well have bought them from PAM in Sheperds Bush (typical long-winded me) but anyhoo I have them now and can finally use some gorgeous colours I had from NARS, By Terry and Chantecaille that I absolutely LOVE.

This is what they look like -

Anyone else own some Z Palettes?  Tell me what you think of yours!

.LP Skin Therapy.

This week I was very kindly given this new range to try by Dr. Linda Papadopoulos PhD.  I have done Linda's makeup many times over the years, she is such a lovely lady and always a pleasure to paint as she is such a beauty!

Linda is a well known psychologist and also a leader in the field of psychodermatology, she believes there is a direct link between how you feel and how you look, something I completely agree with!  This skincare range tackles the external factors of ageing, such as pollution and sun damage but also the internal causes of premature ageing; stress.  This is the first skincare range to address this cause.

This range is for all skin types but when reading more in depth about it, I realised it was better for my skin type than I initially thought (my skin is prone to breakouts but also dry), as when the body is anxious it produces more of the hormone cortisol and this can result in blocked pores, breakouts and premature ageing, this is what LP Skin Therapy uniquely addresses - perfect!  It consists of a balancing face wash, an uplifting facial water, multi-task day cream, overnight replenish cream, refining lip exfoliator, lip rescue gel, untired eye cream (for under eyes) and re-affirm eye serum (for lids).

Head to the LP Skin Therapy site CLICK HERE to find out individual prices and descriptions of what each product does and can offer you.  Prices range from £15 - £47.  I highly recommend the refining lip exfoliator (the perfect primer before lipstick) and the day and night moisturisers!

Let me know if you have tried it already and what you think.  I shall update you in a month or so.

Thanks for reading!

.London Studios.

I started back at 'The Alan Titchmarsh Show' today, a show I have been doing for 3 and a half years now, which is crazy when I think about it!

We have relocated to London Studios on the south bank which is gorgeous location to be at for the next couple of months, I'm already looking forward to my morning and evening walks along the south bank to and from work!  Evening though currently, its freeeeezing!

The studios are lovely compared to the BBC so thats nice too!  The pic above is me just after I had unpacked and before the other two lurvely makeup artists I work with got in, I was just trying to work out how my kit has now managed to take up three work stations!?

We had Olly Murs and The Wanted in today on the music side of things, not my cup of tea but the screaming girls in the audience love them so thats what counts i spose!  Having said that I am looking forward to some of our guests coming up his week though!

.My Current Favourite Lippie.

This week I have been loving Barry M's lipstick in shade 147, its a very matte formula and so is a bit drying for my lips but a thin coat of my Lucas' PawPaw is all it takes to fix that.

A swatch for you!

Whats your current favourite?
