.Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream.

A quick post to tell you my thoughts on Garnier's Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream, I'm sure a lot of you have tried it by now and I would love to know what you think.  I was very excited to try it when it came out as I had heard so much about BB Creams through youtubers in Asia and America and it seemed to be the only one out on the UK market and also the cheapest!  A lot of other brands are doing them now but after a day traipsing round London beauty counters it seems they are only sold on airport counters?!  It seems silly to me as everyone is so keen to try them but hopefully we will see them on our local counters soon!  PLEASE let me know if you have seen anyone that has theirs on normal counters yet!  I am off to South East Asia soon so I'm sure I will try lots of the ones available there too.

Anyway, my experience with Garniers BB Cream for the first few days was amazing, I loved the  amount of coverage, the finish was beautiful and it seemed to last really well on my skin!  BUT after about a week, I realised I was COVERED in spots, I do have very spot prone skin but if I look after my skin religiously I tend to keep most of them at bay and the only thing I had changed in my routine was the BB Cream :( I decided to persevere for a few days to see if they cleared up but they didn't, it only seemed to get worse.  Very sad times to find a product with the perfect finish only to find it ruins your skin!!!  So, much to my huge sadness I have stopped using it and given it to my mum to try, I did warn her about the possible spottiness don't worry haha!

Here are some swatches for you -

  1. I've been trying the new Une BB Cream Foundation, so lightweight with radiant coverage and natural too. Worth a pop at £14.99! x

  3. I love Asian BB creams and they're easy to get hold of over the internet, you just have to sort of guess when it comes to choosing a shade! I've not tried the Garnier BB cream, I can't decide whether to bother because I've heard it's not as good as the Asian ones! x

  4. Such a shame the BB cream didn't get on with your skin, I've been tempted to try but prefer heavier coverage so probably won't waste my money!!
And thank you for the little mention :) you're more than welcome for the gushing on my blog about yours! xx

  5. I've been a bit cautious about trying the Garnier BB cream, I think I might wait for more brands to release their own here.

  6. I can't decide if i like this, the lighter colour is a little too dark for me and it seems really greasy compared to the neutrogena bb cream i picked up in hong kong. So sorry to hear it messed up your skin, I feel slightly wary of it now.xx
